The Coastal Based Approach

Based upon the Government’s successful Catchment Based Approach (CaBA), launched in 2010 to embed collaborative working at a river catchment scale, the Coastal Based Approach (CoBA) will seek to build upon this approach to address issues facing the country’s coast.
