In Kent, the lead partners are Visit Kent and the Kent Downs AONB. We are working alongside the Kent Downs ANOB to deliver a suite of new walking and cycling routes, linking the countryside to the coast within Swale. The routes will be of varying lengths (both linear and circular), linking into existing trails and initiatives where possible. To compliment these routes, we will looking to create new immersive experiences, such as wildlife tours and rural crafts workshops. There will also be opportunities for improvements to the existing Public Rights of Way Network, along with environmental enhancements, such as wildflower and hedge planting.
