North Kent Marshes IDB – Notice of Intent to apply Byelaws

During June 2022, the North Kent Marshes Internal Drainage Board agreed to adopt Byelaws for the purposes of preventing flooding and remedying any damage caused by flooding in the area and in order that its Byelaws are consistent with those of the Lower Medway Internal Drainage Board confirmed in 2014.
