Sheppey Shorelines 2019, 5th – 11th August

Monday 5th August

Coastal Creatures – Linocut workshop at Castle Connections, Queenborough (10am – 4pm) 

Great Bells Farm Nature Reserve – Nature walk (10am – 12pm)

Tuesday 6th August

Essence Vessels & Estuary Lines – Creative workshop at Castle Connections, Queenborough(1pm – 4pm)

Wednesday 7th August

Planes, guns, bombs and beaches (10am – 12.30pm) – Local history walk

Crabs and Clay at Minster Leas – Drop-in family event (11am – 2pm).

Thursday 8th August

Crabs and clay at Sheerness Beach – Drop-in family event (11am – 2pm).

Friday 9th August

Soundings – A sonic boat trip down the Swale (10am – 12.30pm)

Beach clean at Warden (10am – 12pm)

Saturday 10th August

Round the Island boat trip (10am – 4pm)

On the marshes – Walk with writer Carol Donaldson (10am – 12pm)

Queenborough Beach clean (11.30am – 1.30pm)

Sunday 11th August

Save Our Seas – Help create a chalk mural at Queenborough (2.30pm – 5pm)

Queenborough to the Sheppey Crossing – 2x Boat trips for local cubs/scouts. FULLY BOOKED
